★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛肉麵湯頭“太酸”，有點破壞了整體的美味，不喜愛酸的人切勿購買，麵條算有口感，牛肉相當有水準，很好咬，較薄的牛肉甚至有入口即化的感覺；免費飲料也很好喝！附帶一提，無論是麵或飯均添加不少蔥，不喜愛蔥的也要考慮一下。
 Beef noodle soup is "too sour", which is a bit of a ruin to the overall taste. People who don't like sour can't buy it. The noodles are tasteful. The beef is quite good. It is very good to bite. The thinner beef even has the feeling of being imported. Free drinks are also great! Incidentally, whether you add a lot of onions to your face or rice, you should consider it if you don't like onions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛肉麵，口味一般般，分為大中小三種份量，點的大份可以吃粉飽(麵粗飽粗飽)，而且可以加湯加麵一次，肉塊…如期待的不多，係學生族群的好朋友。
Beef noodles are of average taste. They are divided into large, medium and small portions. Large portions can be eaten with powder (noodles are thick and full), and can be added with soup and noodles once, meat pieces...if not expected, it is the student's group good friend.

餛飩乾麵（大）的醬是勾芡過的咖啡色醬汁，完全無任何顯著風味（如：醬油、豆瓣、等…風味）似乎無料理的實力
餛飩本身還行70元

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 隨處逛巧遇一家美味的牛肉麵，隱藏在逢甲大學旁，對逢甲的學生跟教職員應當不陌生的老蕭牛肉麵，點了半肉半筋大碗牛肉麵，麵點了粗麵條比較有筋度，湯頭還算不錯，牛肉燉的軟爛順口，值得推薦。2011/11/17 再來光顧，今天吃的跟上次的感覺不太一樣。
I came across a delicious beef noodle shop everywhere, hidden beside Feng Chia University, which is familiar to students and faculty of Fengjia. I ordered a large bowl of beef noodles with half meat and half gluten. The thick noodles are more gluten. The soup is not bad, the beef stew is soft and smooth, it is worth recommending. 2011/11/17 Come back again, the food I ate today is not the same as last time.
