The Shuinan Smart Operation Center is 262m high and will soon become the tallest building in Taichung. It was jointly designed by Liu Peisen architects and French Pozonbach architects, planning 40 floors above ground and 3 floors underground. The upper ground will serve as the Taiwan Digital Cultural Center, Smart Traffic Control and Disaster Center, Urban Design Center, Industry 4.0 Center, and Landscape Platform, etc., while the basement is planned for lecture halls and theaters, which are expected to be completed in 2022.
