寬闊的老房子，還有限定裝置藝術、短期出攤的蜷尾家、植栽店。迎風涼爽，不妨散散步欣賞一下。
眼前建物開放一二樓，可惜不能走到二樓露台。
除了展示廳、攝影展，特別留意到花窗，好美、有味道。
只到12月中，有空可以來走走 ^_^

舉辦的活動也都很有趣，尤其假日泳池電影院創意十足。
還有和台南知名冰淇淋合作，美感公園是一個值得假日帶小孩來放電的好地方。

1969年興建的老宅，包括達新工業創辦人的別墅，至今與員工宿舍保持完整，還打造成「理仁柏舍美感公園」，9月27日到12月13日，每周末上午11時到下午6時免費開放參觀，可體驗互動式「編織之森」裝置藝術，最裡面蜷尾家快閃店有賣霜淇淋。
