是中規中矩的普通紅燒湯頭。
雖是半筋半肉，但筋其實不多，討厭筋的可安心點。牛肉麵會加酸菜，討厭酸菜可以請老闆不要加。
一般的牛肉麵條沒有特色，麵條體偏軟。
整體而言，就是中規中矩的一家餐廳。
The beef gnocchi was very chewy, thank you.
It's a normal braised soup.
Although it is half muscle and half meat, there are not many tendons. Those who hate tendons can rest assured. Beef noodles will add sauerkraut, if you hate sauerkraut, you can ask the boss not to add it.
The general beef noodles have no special features and the noodles are soft in body.
Overall, it's a decent restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 牛肉麵疙瘩太厚有點偏硬，如果捏薄一點更好，出餐順序有點亂，現做手工的北方麵食需要時間，必須時間等待，趕時間不建議
The beef gnocchi is too thick and a bit hard. It would be better if it was made thinner. The order of serving is a bit messy. It takes time to make handmade northern noodles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初次來訪點了半筋半肉牛肉麵，蔥油餅，鍋貼。哇！見鬼了！第一次看到這麼大顆的鍋貼，餡料飽滿不說，還真的是好吃，但是私心其實真的很不想推薦，深怕太多人排隊，以後我吃不到怎麼辦？可是店家又弄得這麼好吃，不推不行啊！下次一定要再來來嘗試其他的餐點。
