2022.4.1可能對於醫生跟診所來說因為補過牙齒而無法兩年內補,除非自費,是很正常的,但是對於我來說這是令人震驚的! 因為是第一次聽說,所以想要問得詳細一些,也因為不了解牙科的健保申報條件跟聽不太懂醫生的說明,所以一直有反覆詢問的感覺,可能是因此醫師覺得我是奧客? 醫師對於我的問題雖然都有回答,但態度越來越讓我覺得自己像是奧客似的,尤其是詢問關於之後半年是否固定在診所做半年一次的檢查(再次離開前,我自己主動問的部分),語帶保留的態度讓我覺得像是其實並不希望我再去,因為處理我太麻煩了。 在處理補牙的部分時,有使我的口腔出現傷口,但當下沒有處理(醫師知道有出現傷口),是因為我再次跟跟診的紅衣護理師反應此事,在關門前才處理,但感覺到像是因為要趕快把我趕走才處理,不然本來沒做任何處理。 也希望醫師對於補牙後太高,跟病人的反應已處理掉該部分,能直接用紅點藥水說明,讓病人知道真的已經不需處理,而不是只是單單強調已經無需處理這樣,因為病人真的是因為覺得不舒服才反應,而不是想刁難醫師 另外,其他的深藍衣服護理師們(?),在診療我後聚在一塊討論事情,態度也感覺像是在討論我怎麼那麼奧客,當然也可能剛好是討論其他事情,但因為時間點是在我診療後,又剛好只有那一次,所以覺得是關於我的事,但因為不是直面對我,所以其實並不確定,只是對診所的印象還蠻扣分的, 因為本來是想說診所的機器還蠻先進、跟診的紅衣護理師對於拍小台x光不適的我的處理方式也讓我覺得診所不錯,但因為藍衣服護理師們這樣的動作,讓我覺得就算下次換醫師看,也還是讓我有這樣不舒服體驗,所以對於是否固定在該診所看,目前還處於保留的態度上 希望下次有緣分就診時的感受會不一樣,至少不會讓我有不舒服的體驗,不然真的很浪費我半小時的字字心聲的打字
