零顆星,台中新光三越GMP專櫃寄錯商品,價值將近兩萬,要麻煩我們協助寄回去,司機來取貨時,我只詢問是否有單據,或是知道幫那家公司收貨,至少知道取件人資料,司機從頭到尾只說我不知道,公司叫我來收我就來收,然後就一直用「啊你不是有東西要退貨」,我告知我馬上電話跟專櫃確認好,才能把貨交給你,上去二樓拿電話,下來人就走了。傍晚又來一次,這次更扯,我家人在一樓,司機直接進門要把貨拿走,一句話都沒說,跟搶匪沒兩樣,我家人不知情阻止他直接取走才說是要來拿退貨的,但是一樣沒任何憑據。 隔天中午總算拿了單據過來,進門也是一聲不坑貼了單子,收據丟桌上就走了,我自己也是做生意的,這家貨運行是我碰過最爛的態度最差的,跟她合作的專櫃我一併列入黑名單,免得日後又受氣。

超爛,扯到爆!已付款完成的商品直接寄到別人手裡還完全不知情,難道不需付款的商品司機都不需要看證件或者打電話嗎?是在省電話費嗎?如果商品就這樣消失了責任歸屬是誰?貨運的責任不就是確認寄件者商品能夠送到收件者手上嗎??不就還好那位好心人士幫我把包裹送回來,不然也完全不知道我的貨去哪了? 地址正確商品卻直接寄去隔壁不知道哪棟公寓,客服人員還先回覆我會不會是管理員沒看清楚,不好意思我這沒有管理員請不要推卸責任 打給公司回應態度也很隨便,一開始還回我喔是喔態度超級敷衍整個更火!!!然後等了很久換一個人接電話又再講一次發生什麼事 麻煩請公司規範司機基本該有的守則請明確遵守,我看評論也都是類似問題!請你們有點道德心責任心可以嗎!!今天換你們遇上包裹不見不會著急不會生氣嘛!!不論包裹價值多少,那都是別人重要的商品!!!!麻煩有點同理心好嗎!!!!!!!!!!
