每次都要多次提醒才會處理
而且公共區域髒亂也不勸導
雖然很拖但最後還是都會來處理
不過常常感覺有點隨便
像是修東西可能修到60% 還可以堪用就不管了 結果沒多久又壞掉
只能說不算壞 但是就是讓人心很累的物業公司⋯
