★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開戶等了大概20分鐘叫號碼明明就只有一個人，等我們去看取號的機台確認為什麼那麼久，服務人員才叫號⋯:)然後明明只是開戶而已結果又等了一個小時，完全沒有在處理我們的事，各做各的不知道在幹嘛，不處理我們的事就算了，明明就是我們先來結果在處理後面來的人的事情，真的非常的棒
 After opening an account for about 20 minutes, there is obviously only one person calling the number. When we went to the machine to confirm why it took so long, the service staff called the number... :) Then it was obvious that it was just opening an account and it turned out to be another hour. Dealing with our affairs, doing our own things, don’t know what they’re doing, and don’t deal with our affairs. It’s obviously that we come first and deal with the things of people who come later. It’s really great.

4號小姐臉色那麼臭 那麽差的態度⋯真心建議不要在櫃檯服務，免得影響其他美女的評分

Miss 4's face is so stinky, so bad attitude...I sincerely suggest not to serve at the counter, so as not to affect the ratings of other beauties

至少放寬限額吧？爛銀行！要不是公司要這間銀行真不想來開戶！沒有更爛只有很爛！爛到爆！
Account opening only three appointments per day? No wonder it fills up so quickly! Dumbfounded!
At least relax the limit? Rotten bank! If the company didn't want this bank, I really didn't want to open an account! Nothing is worse, only bad! Rotten to burst!

服務台人員親切且很有效率，約一小時就辦好了
I went to open an account in the morning of 5/24. I filled in the information online beforehand.
The service desk staff are friendly and efficient, and it's done in about an hour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The friendliest of all banks in the area, and by far the most helpful when changing currencies. The security guard even brought us tea when we were waiting in line. He was a very nice guy and he alone made it worth coming here for the slow and daunting task of currency exchange. Would recommend this branch to any foreigners trying to exchange currency!
