★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入住寬程仁和新建案將近7個月主臥廁所漏水問題直到現在都還處理不好，說會再安排時間ㄧ週拖過ㄧ週
接著客房水管、化糞池水管也漏水已經通報近ㄧ個月還沒辦法修復完善
2間衛浴入住到現在加總起來近2個月都沒辦法使用
建設公司在保固間處理問題的效率真的有待加強

Then the water pipes in the guest rooms and septic tanks also leaked. It has been reported that there is no way to repair them in the last few months.
The two bathrooms have not been used for nearly 2 months.
The efficiency of the construction company's handling of problems in the warranty room really needs to be strengthened

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入住漢口路的建案覺得建料很好?室內裝潢用料很不錯，櫻花廚具和大理石，衛浴設備和水電工程都很好。目前入住三年沒有問題。（台中的房子真不錯，台北城市真的老了⋯連信義區都已經回不去過往的年華了⋯）
For the construction project on Hankou Road, I feel that the building materials are very good. The interior decoration materials are very good, such as cherry kitchenware and marble, bathroom equipment and water and electricity projects. There is no problem in staying for three years. (The houses in Taichung are really good, the city of Taipei is really old...Even the Xinyi District can't go back to the past years...)
