辛辛苦苦積蓄置產的物件遇到糟糕富士康物業,真的是氣死!大樓女性保全/秘書/主任態度惡劣超沒禮貌,社區電梯經常性壞掉,維修進度不積極,等電梯的時間都可以爬到12樓了。投訴機制完全無效,期待合約趕快結束,未來任何一個物件招標物業,我永遠都會否決富士康!感謝貴司請到糟糕透頂的管理員讓我看到貴司的爛體制^ ^ 員工訓練請加強(記得要教禮貌還有尊重)花大錢受氣還是頭一遭^ ^

社區總幹事經常不戴好口罩或是直接不戴。有包裹到了以後馬上打電話要住戶領走,如果沒有馬上領走就一直打一直打,一天可以接到好幾通,最後甚至要求住戶把包裹寄到別的地方!貨到付款的包裹沒有幫忙監管到貨數量是否正確就把錢付了。一坪管理費收這麼貴,品質卻是這樣!
