管理人員專業,我的另一個公寓是讓鴻海管理,鴻海真的是差到不行,因此覺得非常推薦富士康,幫忙開門按電梯,對訪客也會禮遇並管制人員進出,車子的進出也會幫忙指揮,住戶的請求協助也會登記交班處理,鴻海則是這些完全沒做,只有收包裹功能!
