★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 管理人員專業，我的另一個公寓是讓鴻海管理，鴻海真的是差到不行，因此覺得非常推薦富士康，幫忙開門按電梯，對訪客也會禮遇並管制人員進出，車子的進出也會幫忙指揮，住戶的請求協助也會登記交班處理，鴻海則是這些完全沒做，只有收包裹功能!
