R	R Ch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 兩次去，除了門口的保全先生和招待的行員很有禮貌有效率外.. 臨櫃行員的服務、反應和態度真的不太好。洽詢的時候，感覺對方不是很想處理(覺得有網銀，請自己上網設定...) 兩次去都被詢問為何要辦理該功能，感覺其實不太好，畢竟這是客戶個人隱私。與其問客戶單日/一次轉帳最高額多少，不如改用說明的態度告知哪些功能可以線上設定，線上的額度多少。 (兩次去都被用質疑的口氣問話，感覺很差...) 上班的時候，也看到客戶已經站在櫃台前了，櫃檯行員還在跟同事嘻笑聊天。面對客戶的時候又是一臉嚴肅厭世... 小	小馬 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 爛死了....一個小小的特約帳戶，想說存錢順便辦理，結果小姐卻說那個要另外抽號碼牌喔，我問說上次也是在這邊辦理的，她卻回說現在改了，結果我另外抽號碼牌在旁邊等了快30分鐘，她卻在另一邊大聲聊天，沒有任何人過去辦理業務，就這樣看了我20幾分鐘.....實在一個字！爛 It sucks...
