★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常糟糕的中介，租屋詢問房東是否Ok，保證過後沒問題而且還是她朋友，結果住進去時發現他椅子根本是破的，跟房東說要換，居然拿一個發霉的椅子給我還說是高級的椅子，跟房中說後，也完全沒處理，而且問過部分住戶，說我那間租貴至少1000，這樣的房中成交後還要收4500根本在欺負人。
 Very bad intermediary, the renter asked the landlord if it was ok, and he was sure that he would be okay and he was still a friend. When he moved in, he found that his chair was broken.
