★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家裡2年前在台中市買了新透天,建商配的廁所馬桶就是用三緯的Duravit,兩年前住進新透天沒多久,下方照片款式的馬桶在廁所發出臭味,結果是歐洲馬桶構造不是一般常見的款式,工人在一開始不熟稔沒裝好,每間廁所的馬桶又重新安裝;今年入住還沒滿兩年,家裡該款馬桶在沒上廁所或是廁所馬桶水箱水滿的情況下,馬桶水箱會自己加水 (聽得到加水聲),非常頻繁的頻率,10幾分鐘就加一次水,不然就是上完廁所沖水後,水箱的水加了一陣子還在加~~打開來看,是水箱構造出水口沒有密合,造成水一直流到馬桶,所以水箱的水根本無法加滿,水就一直加,一直流掉,而且家裡也不是只有一個馬桶有這個情況!!!用不到兩年的馬桶,還要花錢找人來修, 我認為我們家馬桶被廠商安裝了一批瑕疵品,我對這款馬桶觀感很糟!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 馬桶很差又很小,太深了,難以清潔。水龍頭接頭是塑膠的,易斷裂,報修水龍頭時,時間都約好幾天後才能修,要客戶自己主動聯絡幾次,客服人員不會主動回覆,若有建商使用這家衛浴設備,真的要三思,畢竟衛浴設備要用很久,不好用的馬桶跟水龍頭,要忍耐很久。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 千萬別跟自己辛苦錢過不去,買的時侯可能服務不錯,但若不幸發生故障。客服後勤不僅不能協助解決問題,只會跟你說沒零件不能維修,只能換新。平時一定要多作功德,保祐你買的產品不會故障。否則,得再花一筆換新,不能維修。不能不給星,只好給一顆。

之前播總機9,敘述問題也留了資料,承諾會回撥約時間,等了一個禮拜完全沒消沒息,後來撥了分機,人員說沒有看到我有登記維修,也就是之前完全被總機呼嚨過去了。更早之前有一次家裡想更換美一點的水龍頭,也是轉總機,同樣是說會跟我聯絡看型號,最後也毫無音訊,覺得該公司的總機完全沒作用,請大家打電話去千萬不要轉到總機。
另外又有一次,掛花灑的小架子斷了,才知道原來裡面是塑膠,外層是鍍金屬膜,有點訝異不便宜的衛浴設備竟然也只是用這樣的材料,結果去了告訴我他們已經沒出這種東西了,要換就要換整組,一組架子3500,這種塑膠東西遲早要斷居然沒繼續出備品,只會叫人換整組,雖然蠻氣的但好像也不能怎樣,後來去網上終於找到替代品只要120。
