因為沒有預定,所以沒有買到有雙目糖的日式長崎蛋糕 因為都是當天現做,所以最好能先預定 原味的吃起來口感實在很像台式發糕,不甜膩,會想多吃幾塊,算是好吃的台式長崎蛋糕!

第一次購買巧克力口味覺得濕潤好吃,也不會過甜 第二次因為沒有事先預訂只買到原味覺得口感比較偏乾,整體感覺尚可,口感稍甜 第三次購買巧克力口味,咬下去底層接近雙目糖的地方很乾硬,原本以為是邊邊的蛋糕比較乾,結果整條蛋糕都是這樣,底層的硬度像咬到橡皮擦那樣?說真的一趟路很遠,買回來分送親友覺得很失禮,但覺得整條丟掉可惜,把下半部切除吃上面比較軟的部份,品質方面真的感覺很碰運氣,不知道哪邊沒有控制好

和慶屋的優點是「態度不錯」,但是缺點就是「品質不一」,時好時壞,有時候吃起來還不錯,有時候就普普而已,而有時候甚至會有NG的情況產生,這次是一整條蛋糕「疑似」「麵糊攪拌不均勻」,所發生的「顆粒、結球現象」(紅色圈處),再之前也發生過其它NG的情形。

總是買不到巧克力雙目糖的我,今天先買了日式雙目糖來吃,好吃到不行~鬆軟綿密細緻,聽說明天會更好吃,期待一週後的巧克力雙目糖蛋糕,肯定超級無敵好吃的! (一週後更新)巧克力很普~可能我買到的是品質不佳的巧克力雙目糖,每塊蛋糕的1/3是乾的、2/3才是鬆軟的,而且打開蓋子一看就知道,蛋糕體沒有填滿盒子,跟上週的尺寸不一致?很失望很失望,絕不會再買巧克力了,沒有等待一週的價值~完全不值得預約? (隔日早上再更)巧克力雙目糖經過了12小時之後的口感,整個非常濕潤鬆軟綿密,但對我來說是偏甜的,並沒有苦甜巧克力的滋味,太神奇的巧克力雙目糖蛋糕,落地以後我會選擇日式雙目糖口味,不會特別選擇預定巧克力了?

IG: ontheb612 還以為現場一定買得到的和慶屋,沒想到熟客都是事先電話預訂,我們三點多到時,店員表示巧克力已賣完,雙目糖日式也只剩一條,當然要! 老遠就能夠聞到蛋糕香氣,蛋糕單純使用麵粉.蛋及糖三大原料,而雙目糖多了特殊口感,蛋糕體很綿密濕潤,且都是當天現做,透明的看得見分裝的過程,拿到蛋糕時還是熱熱的,濃郁的香氣更是四溢! 底層的雙目糖會分佈不均,咬起來脆脆的,且時間會讓糖產生效果釋出蜂蜜,在第二天會是最好吃的。難怪一直有聞到蜂蜜味~~搭配茶進食更是一絕唷! 下次一定要打電話訂巧克力吃!
