★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務態度差，結帳前沒問有沒有會員、會員卡出示了沒反應，問折扣了沒還口氣很差的說要先講。這種態度是覺得自己是老店不怕沒客人的意思。打電話去總店反應也沒回電，真老店。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外燴餐點真的很好吃，接洽的小姐與送餐的小姐跟司機都很貼心 服務又非常好，但...收餐前一晚已通知隔天幾點可以來收，(送餐當天晚上8-9點已有打回店裡說幾點可以來收)不知是否內部交接沒有交接清楚?隔天早上馬上打電話來說要收東西?(比預定時間早了1個半小時) 睡夢中真的不愉快!司機說要等我，我也快起來準備了，公司又打電話來什麼組長的?請我開門收餐具 到底是我問題還是你們自己交接問題? 催催催!!到底在催什麼意思 我真得看不懂，前一晚怎麼說了 隔天這樣子?交接清楚好嗎

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真是很詭異的麵包店，剛好路過進去消費以後不會再去了，每個服務員態度臉色都很差，問問題也愛理不理，完全不想開金口，看到這麼多負評真想不通他們公司為何不會想做改進，另一家馥漫服務親切店裡氣氛也好太多了
It's a really weird bakery. I just happened to pass by and I won't go back after shopping. Every waiter has a bad attitude and ignores any questions. I don't want to open my mouth at all. Why doesn't the company want to make improvements? The atmosphere in another Fuman store with friendly service is much better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Work around the area drop by once and brought the red bean toast, ask if the have toast that is not cut she quickly show it to me. From than on was hook on their toast. Service wise I think just regular, nothing bad, is a bread store, self serve, pick the bread you want, have them pack, pay and leave, see no difference than the bread store further down the street.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good bread and some really nice pastries, unfortunately the staff is very rude and unfriendly.
Initially I assumed it was because I was a foreigner, but then I read all the bad reviews left by local Taiwanese.
It's hard to respect a business that doesn't respect its own customers...
