本來就很喜歡無菜單料理,到店後才發現1280升級成1680!原來是到12月底前的週年慶活動,, 主要是菜色上面的等級都會有所升級,好開心呀? 我們這天吃到的菜色如下~ . ?前菜 胡麻干貝海膽豆腐 ?生魚片 牡丹蝦、鬼頭刀、金目鯛、土魠魚、青甘、鮪魚 ?蒸物 麻油玫瑰蟹 ?烤物 香烤土魠魚 ?強餚 香煎安格斯無骨牛小排 ?握壽司 炙燒比目魚鰭邊肉握壽司和鬼頭刀握壽司 ?湯品 大蛤蜊味噌湯 ?甜點 覆盆子奶酪 . 每款生魚片的口感吃起來都很新鮮,而且我們平時比較少吃到生魚片等級的土魠魚,有種入口即化的口感!好吃好吃~連平時沒那麼愛吃生魚片的小吠都吃了好幾塊,牡丹蝦也完全沒有腥味,蝦頭裡面還有一點蝦膏,懂吃的老饕最愛❤️ 紐西蘭進口的玫瑰蟹,加上麻油跟高湯蒸熟後,連底下的湯也富含了玫瑰蟹的鮮味呀!完全是可以喝的唷,高湯喝起來很清爽淡淡的麻油香氣~肉質部份算是紮實有彈性,秋天就是要吃蟹呀!吃完整個有滿足感?‍♀️ 香烤土魠魚的擺盤好法式喔~除了土魠魚之外還有料理長做的醋凍佐蜂蜜芥子醬,搭配烤地瓜、漬物和蘿蔔葉,視覺上先讓眼睛飽餐一頓啦! 炙燒比目魚鰭邊肉握壽司刷的醬料是鰆沐特製的車干醬,以炙燒的手法把魚肉油脂與車干醬做搭配,一口塞進嘴裡可以品嚐到入口即化的口感,而且不膩口唷!超愛吃比目魚的強生吃完立刻說好想再叫一盤哈哈? . 這天吃完鰆沐 割烹·酒的套餐我們都挺喜歡的,覺得份量上抓的剛好,吃完不會有空虛感也不會覺得太撐,而且食材的新鮮度吃的到、也不會過度調味,加上最近的週年慶活動點1280元套餐可直接升級成1680元的內容挺超值的,蠻推薦喜歡日料的捧油們來嚐試看看!不過要提醒一下,鰆沐的套餐食材內容都是每天新鮮採買,餐點會依照時令食材進行調整,有可能捧油們到店時菜色會有些許不同呦~
