Also the breakfast place held its place illegally in the public space at the pedestrian side walk. In addition, plastic straws are banned for customers who are dinning-in, yet they still offered plastic straws. So another star is taken away for not catching up with local regulation and policies. There’s definitely rooms for improvement.
