107/10/23 1.第一次光臨鄉民狂推的眼鏡店,一個禮拜前預約了小曹驗光,店長真的很親切又細心。 2.一個人驗光時間大約30-40分不等,有可能因前位客人而被延後時間。 3.刷卡加5%,即使同時配兩隻以上,價格依然很硬(有開發票)。 107/10/27 1.回店選框,外場服務人員幾乎不太行,框種類、品牌、價格很多樣,完全不知從何挑起,只跟你說你自己先挑,完全放任沒有想理你的感覺。 2.想記錄一下自己的驗光紀錄卡,要拍照時被告知是他們的智慧財產不能拍,心想好歹客人有付費購買驗光服務的,而且又是客人的個資怎會淪為他人財產,完全無法理解。 3.店內框普遍是有牌子的,鏡片多推國外大廠鏡片,總價消費偏高。 107/11/02 1.試戴時會頭暈想吐,無法準確抓視線距離。 2.眼科醫師建議配一副駕車時看比較清楚的眼鏡,在跟平時戴的做替換別讓眼睛負擔太重,但現在只要一戴上新的就會暈,店內小姐卻跟我說正常的戴久適應就好,已淪落到跟其他眼鏡行沒有專業驗光師的回應態度了,感覺很差。 3.後來小曹現身了,說因為新鏡框跟眼睛的距離而影響頭暈,建議再下降眼鏡度數,覺得之前量眼距、度數根本都量好玩的,驗光再厲害沒配到合適的鏡框真的很心酸… 當初挑匡時並沒跟客人說可能發生這類狀況,這細節若有店家專業的評估、告知,應該是可避免的。 4.現場還發現新鏡框有裂痕,請我重新挑匡要重做,當下真的很無助,不知是自己運氣不好還是品管沒做好,如果我沒特別試戴就取回不就是客人自己弄斷的… 5.當日白天外場女服務人員臉大部份很臭,好像欠他們的一樣…後來小曹請一位穿便服的小姐來協助我挑匡,介紹細心多了。目前兩顆星只給小曹跟便服小姐(抱歉沒注意到名字)。 107/11/15 1.第4次光臨,既上次膠框有裂痕改金屬框後,近7000元的眼鏡,新框就發現鼻樑內側掉漆,鼻墊套也長短不一致,再次等貨換框。 2.發生此事卻怪罪鏡框廠商品質,如果通知客人取鏡前,有做交鏡前品管檢查,就不會有這種瑕疵。 3.同樣類似問題再次發生,我也很為難不好意思,想說先付清,結果結帳時小姐說了一句「也是要服務到你們滿意啊」…明明是你們螺絲鬆了卻感覺酸客人難搞一樣,不好意思這次的配鏡體驗真的不是很好。
