★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人手安排上櫃檯帶位及結帳卡在一起，店面明顯狹小壅擠，進出不流暢。餐飲方面並無太大特色，食材選用等級其實並不高，多浪費工在擺盤上，適合拍照視覺上好看而已。餐盤收後未補、紙巾用後也沒補、茶水未補、上餐後未介紹、結帳不流暢、折扣無感、櫃檯無薄荷糖、無配合停車場停車不便利…零零總總，大概是王品集團裡面體驗最糟糕的。
