照片涼麵是特大與大的差異, 份量上挺充足的!
特別是台中獨家的三合一味增蛋花貢丸湯也是一定要點啊!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吃過台北的劉媽媽還有其他家的涼麵，對涼麵的口味會比較挑，這家涼麵的味道不錯，麵條偏硬，榨菜與蒜味的味道屬於清淡型，喜歡吃重口味的人可以加看看辣醬，覺得加辣椒後整體有加分。
三合一很好喝，是目前我吃過涼麵店中最好喝的！
服務態度也很好～

店面乾淨清爽
點了涼麵、味增蛋花湯、三合一湯
餐點很快就上桌
開動囉?
1.涼麵麵體外Q內稍硬，所以在咀嚼時可以感受到淡淡麵香。
2.醬汁很有香氣，充份與麵體拌勻後，呈現較清爽口味。個人剛好喜歡清爽口味，加分！
3.湯品部分：貢丸也就一般，但是，既為“湯”那就是要“熱”啊！熱湯沖蛋花口感才會溫潤啊！可是，第一口喝下卻是溫的...蛋花也呈現半生不熟狀，蛋白還有透明狀...個人實在無法接受！
4.桌上有白醋、辣椒可依照個人喜好調配。

2. The sauce is very fragrant. After being fully mixed with the noodles, it has a refreshing taste. Personally just like the refreshing taste, plus points!
3. Soup part: Gong Wan is just average, but since it is "soup", it must be "hot"! The hot soup will make the egg flower taste warm! However, the first sip was warm... The egg flower also appeared half-baked, and the egg white was transparent... I couldn't accept it personally!
4. There are white vinegar and chili on the table, which can be adjusted according to personal preference.
