★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Together with Le Roi Bakery, these two shops are the best places in Taichung to buy baguette, bagels, croissants, and many other European goodies, made with wonderful ingredients, and with great care and consistency. Their peeled pepper-stuffed bread ring is absolutely fantastic, and their various croissants are truly to die for!
