薪資明顯違反勞基法。另外我常日班作2天,2天只領11xx元,轉換部門去跟外勞一起操,那天只領5xx元。打去問會計部小姐還能說2天勞健保扣400多,其中一天的沒把我扣。最好2天的保費是400多啦。 還以為我們海線地區的薪資一天800就在離譜了,現在還有更離譜的。虧他們剛要興櫃。 2022年基本月薪25250,還能拆成底薪22xxx,要+津貼才到25250元,然後加班不是全薪下去算,而是低於25250的22xxx下去算。 血汗歸血汗,不血汗公司不會賺。但我沒看過血汗之外還這麼會坑人薪資的一家公司。
