The cooking for the beloved family is half of the water, and the balcony plants are watered half of the water. 關於地下室車道局部滲水問題，乃是因為單元二整體開發之初，周圍陸續動工，而前月超大豪雨造成地下水累積過快，造成車道轉折處局部滲水，也已經請師傅處理好未來單元開發完成之後，即會改善！
