去年車子電池沒電無法發動，打電話給附近的電池專賣店，老闆跟我確定車子型號年份，到家安裝，收費＄1700，當時認為不過一般服務，不以為意。
一個多禮拜前（買後約一年），因寒假沒什麼開車，電瓶又沒電了，請老闆到家救援，沒收費（感謝！），只交代我要出去玩玩，替車充電。當天開出去繞了20分鐘，沒想到還是不夠。
前幾天要出門發現又發不動了，這下可不妙（只隔一個禮拜），硬著頭皮再請老闆來救援，這次他帶來漏電檢測，沒有發現異常，建議我開去他們店裡，拔下電瓶充電，也借我一顆電池確保車子充電時可以開。
直到今天去店裡裝好已充飽的電瓶，理所當然的要結帳，沒想到老闆居然一直說不用了（算售後服務），什麼！不會吧！？（覺得很過意不去）
電瓶就算勉強剛滿一年的保固好了（有沒有這樣的保固法我不知道），但電瓶歸電瓶，「兩次救援+漏電檢測+借用電池+充電」也不收費！？（老闆你們是在做生意耶）
所以說，老闆真是太佛心了，如果可以我會給7顆星！

I have to go out a few days ago and find that I can't move again. This is not good (only every other week). I asked the boss to rescue me stubbornly. This time he brought a leakage test and found nothing abnormal. Unplug the battery to charge, and also lend me a battery to ensure that the car can drive when charging.
Until today, I went to the store and filled the full battery, and of course I had to pay the bill. I never expected that the boss would keep saying that it was not used (after-sales service), what! No way! ? (I feel bad about it)
Even if the battery is barely over a year of warranty (I do n’t know if there is such a warranty method), but the battery is returned to the battery, “two rescues + leakage detection + borrowing the battery + charging” are not charged! ? (Boss you are doing business)
So, the boss is really fond of heart, if I can I will give 7 stars!

2. 用了3個月又多5天就壞掉，果然超過保固期
回應: 換別家的電瓶立馬可以用，不是機車的問題，而且配件完整(有電瓶液)，在威昇買的時候沒電瓶液(老闆說已幫我裝好，實在懷疑是不是原廠)
