(But there are hard-working guards who take the initiative to guide safely, very caring ❤️, I really appreciate them.) 【Management & Service】 Basically there are staff on duty 24 hours a day to help the community. Because the community management is too broad, so I share what I saw: ① The management committee is pretty serious, because sometimes there are conflicts during meetings and discussions, but I think it’s because the committee members care about the community from a different standpoint, and there will be some friction. If there are households who seriously violate the regulations, the management committee will definitely take the initiative to deal with and coordinate. Thank you very much committee members for helping the community (thanks). ②The atmosphere of the lobby: there is air-conditioning; ? bright lights; ? there is a piano (you can play and practice); ? there are books and magazines to borrow; during the day there are at least 1 manager, 2 secretary, 1 security, 1 cleaning and other personnel to help the community; late at night, at least 2 A security. They are very professional and well remember the habits of the residents. ③In the case of elevators, I'm very lucky that there are 3 elevators for 4 households on the first floor. There are really 3 elevators. Almost no need to wait for elevators? ④ Meals are provided on the 3rd floor, and the secretaries help to cook the meals after the residents order them. Usually, after exercising in the gym, you can wash up on the 3rd floor, and then go to the restaurant on the 3rd floor to have a bite. It is convenient to all be on the same floor. (In addition, there are billiards room, electric room, movie room; if you have a large party, you have to go to the banquet hall on the top floor, the venue is very suitable for party (Hooray)) ⑤There is a small garbage area on each floor, so residents don't have to go to the first floor to throw it away. This is really considerate for people with inconvenient mobility. Of course, thank the hard-working cleaning staff for helping each floor of the community take care of this. When people take the elevator, everyone will nod their heads politely. It’s almost late for school. Yesterday I played too late. I just came home from school. I’m so tired. I’m going to practice the piano. I just got back from climbing a mountain. My legs are getting weak.
