唯獨跑業務的專員語氣極度不佳，好像高高在上的態度，感官極度不好，嘴砲一堆，答應的事情，沒做到就算了，還會私底下搞小動作，像信箱中的“o”可以輸入成“a”，使得APP一直申請不過，客服專員給的理由則是輸入錯誤，超不合理

大廳雖少了人員接待，但要辦什麼問櫃檯會告訴您要去哪個樓層，疫情險峻另有酒精可噴。
理賠部二樓，不知道怎麼辦理賠可以問櫃檯人員，有問有禮有答。
樓層還蠻乾淨的，廁所衛生紙洗手乳都不缺。
