★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在線上訂完車的當下(付款後5分鐘未滿)發現自己無法更改取車地址，致電詢問是否能全額退款，經由告知說官方網站已經說明退車前三天只能退還30%訂金，故此此次消費不能允許全額退訂，建議能增加一點彈性時間。或者電話確認才讓訂單生效。能保障貴公司的權益，也給因為誤會而下訂的客戶，有所彈性。 由於是個人因素導致自己的損失由我個人承擔! 希望貴公司能更好~ 2022/03/23 3:37分,尚未收取消訂單的%70訂金, 與相關訊息~
When I booked a car online (less than 5 minutes after payment), I found that I could not change the pick-up address. I called to ask if I could get a full refund. The official website said that only 30% of the deposit can be refunded three days before the return.
