★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 產品不符合效用，業務朱慧小姐態度很差，強制推銷購買金額高的產品，不顧顧客是否理解與需要或適用，感覺就只想賺錢累積業績，辦理退貨也不乾不脆，不願立即處理，還回答消費者沒有人早上在退貨的，說會回電也沒有，還要顧客親自回電，不知道想做什麼，此次購買經驗極差。
