Summary - Great tasting noodles and side dishes in a simple local shop.
The Pros - The meat quality is definitely a very high point at this restaurant.
We greatly enjoyed the White Soup Beef Noodles, as the meat was tender and the broth was rich on flavor. The standard Braised Beef Soup Noodles were also excellent, and the side dishes made a great complement to the meal.
The Cons - Tough to find a place to park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's good and all, at around 150twd, the boss is usually inside serving side dishes, the employees outside cooking. Nicely air-conditioned, clean toilets, great drinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're a fan of ramen. This is a must try with a local twist. Al Dante noodles with a robust broth, paired with melt in your mouth tender slices of stewed beef chunks.
This is further accentuated with a small helping of pickles.
Totally enjoyed it. Proprietor was very friendly too.
