臺灣過去栽培較廣的品種類為檸檬香茅(lemon grass)和錫蘭香茅( Ceylon citronella )等兩種，就讓我們來比較一下兩者的差異吧！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老闆很愛乾淨，讓人用餐很放心，菜盤都是新鮮當季蔬菜，火鍋料是少數我不用換料的店，肉推三層肉外面少見，海鮮盤平均水準也不錯，香茅湯清香不搶味，一定要嘗試香茅醬，香茅綠茶解膩助消化，飯後還有甜點，跟身邊友人一致認同吃完隔天反而很順暢。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 記得五六前就在向上南路經過有看過，卻一直沒有進來嘗試，今天googIe附近火鍋，今天吃的是商業火鍋，ㄧ試成主顧，很推香茅醬跟香茅綠茶，老闆服務也好貼心，主動附上手機架，真的很受寵若驚，吃膩連鎖火鍋沒有特色的火鍋控，可以給店家也給自己一個機會喔！支持好的品管跟服務，餐飲業很辛苦但是疫情很快會過去，老主顧不會忘記你們！新客戶也會口耳相傳！一起加油堅持
