★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有夠誇張，中午時間確實要吃飯沒錯，但也才用輪流制吧，或是看狀況而定吧，現場等候20多位，只有一兩個銀行人員在運作，直到有人破口大罵等一個小時了，沒處理幾個，才趕緊請人一起處理業務，還看到幾個員工緩慢從樓梯那邊走過來，真的很誇張，需要加強改善。

There are more than 20 people waiting on the spot, and only one or two bank staff are operating until someone yells and waits for an hour. I didn't deal with a few, so I hurriedly invited people to handle the business together. I also saw a few employees slowly coming up from the stairs. It was really exaggerated and needed to be improved.

拜訪客戶還要社區管理員請他拿手機實聯制，手也不消毒。
進銀行要求民眾，自己去別地方卻做不到，到社區像走廚房一樣
素質真差
