★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 午時13：35左右進入分行，欲辦理開戶，號碼只差一號，等待到14：00沒有要協助辦理的跡象便離開，建議要開戶不要來這間分行，感覺很沒效率。
 I entered the branch at about 13:35 noon. I wanted to open an account. The number was only one number. I waited until 14:00 and left without any sign of assistance. It is recommended not to come to this branch to open an account. It feels very inefficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 想說大里分行很多人，提前線上預約拿號碼牌，來公益分行，辦個戶頭，詢問前面需要多久，接待員告知前面辦理大約半小時左右，辦理要一小時，而等了快半小時，櫃檯明明沒客人，也不會支援，問一下前面要多久時間，接待小姐找一堆理由，說一位不在位置上，一個請假，只有一位在辦理，一點效率都沒有，問大約需要等多久時間，也抓不出來，要在辦理其他事情也走不開，耗在這邊，效率真的很差。
I want to say that there are many people in Dali branch who make an appointment online in advance to get a number plate, come to the public welfare branch, open an account, and ask how long it will take. Obviously there are no guests and no support. Ask how long it will take. The receptionist finds a bunch of reasons, saying that one is not in position, the other is asking for leave, and only one is handling it, which is not efficient at all. Ask how long it will take to wait. , I can't catch it, and I can't get away when I'm dealing with other things. It's really inefficient to spend here.

I almost got scammed and drew money out for people I didn’t even know.
Im so thankful that the bank lady stopped me and called the police and I realized I was scammed.
Thanks to them I am not in debt and don’t have a criminal record. I will forever be a loyal customer to this bank and will always be very grateful.
The staff here are trained very well and very professional at what they do.
Really recommend.
