Good restaurant for families gathering.

We normally go to the one on Chongde. The steak is great. You can cook it as you like. Service is always amazing!

As one of the restaurants in Taichung for more than 20 years, it's still one of the best choices for steakhouse if you want to enjoy the meats. We ordered an award-winning surf and turf set for 2 persons, and there are multiple steaks and seafood types in the menu. All kinds of meats, including chicken, pork, steaks, seafood are all tasty with great quality. There was one hiccup during our dining as one of the waiters has accidentally dropped the raw meat juice on our table and in our drinks. Although this was undesirable, the serviceman and manager did treat it seriously and offered us apology as well as compensations to us, and demonstrated that they will definitely handle it with care afterwards. I do believe that the sincerity of attitudes and implemented measures from the restaurant after an incident are extremely crucial and it makes great difference on customer's reaction towards the restaurant and the willingness to visit in the future. Cairns steakhouse did a good job on handling the crisis and with great food and sincere service, we will bound to visit here some other time.

The lamb rib steak taste really so good! It served in raw with hot stone which you can grill the meat according to your preferences degree of cooked.

Very nice food with very good service?

Not too expensive but with good service, and reserve on EZTABLE can get a bit discount. In short, great experience with my BF, and it’s his birthday dinner, recommend for meatatarian.
