S	Sarah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 幾個月前初診看了院長，當天沒有預約所以至少等了45分鐘，到我時院長真的很細心問診，第一印象真的還不錯只是要等蠻久. 因為第一次去真的等蠻久的，所以回診我就特地提前預約，但當天發現提前預約也是沒用，等了將近一小時跟櫃台反應只會被冷處理，直到我要退掛號才有比較資深的櫃檯人員過來又在問一次為什麼不看診了......很明確的櫃檯小姐們根本沒有在溝通，也沒有想要處理問題的意願，掛號制度也很不明確-電話預約的時候他們會發一個號碼牌，但當天到現場被告知又會換另一個號碼牌，然後他們雙數跟單數叫號也不一樣，基於這兩點不會想要在光顧了. It was very clear that the counter ladies were not communicating at all, and had no willingness to deal with the problem, and the registration system was also very unclear - telephone appointments Sometimes they will issue a number card, but they are told that they will change another number card when they arrive at the scene on the same day, and then they call the number even and odd numbers differently. Based on these two points, they will not want to patronize.

J	J Lai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醫生在針灸時非常自信的說針完會好五成，想根治再做一千塊的小針刀，回家後沒有感受到五成三天下來感受是痛得更厲害了，已經吃完三天藥，成效不彰上來評價。看診過程，建議我做自費的一千塊小針刀，因為第一次來訪所以沒有冒然答應，說要觸診確認肌肉是否沾黏，一躺下卻直接要下針，還是我再多問了是不是要看沾黏才按了幾下、邊針邊說這是特殊針法多收一百(也不知道是什麼針法)出來還要在櫃檯簽一張單子上面大概是患者本人充分瞭解加收費用balbala⋯看那麼多中醫沒看過還要簽這種通知單張米淇醫生態度真的很好，針的過程會一直關注你會不會痛、問你還好嗎，也很溫柔，會再三叮嚀藥是很好的藥要好好吃，我真的真的很想給高分；但是醫療畢竟不是賣服務，沒有舒緩收費相較其他診所偏高，抱歉了，評分僅代表此次療程看法 —— 回應業主我也是看文章慕名而來，如何精湛也是被醫治過的病患最有資格講，您力挺自家醫生完全可以理解，但實際就是對患者說要觸診確認筋膜狀況、結果卻是一進來就要下針；下針時說會好五成實際上連兩成都不到；特殊針法要加收錢，追問也沒解釋清除只說特殊針法；再去其他家醫院當天就舒緩很多才話150元，你們的收費150+20+100還要簽莫名的充分瞭解不追究單子，裝潢很美很好態度很好，但我上述情況也是事實，您若要繼續和諧，那我也是祝福您生意興隆 During acupuncture, the doctor confidently said that after the acupuncture, 50% of the pain will be better. M	Meghan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you speak English or any language other than Chinese, I really recommend avoiding this place. I was so excited to find a nice Chinese Medicine Clinic. But, I have been majorly disappointed by the way they treated me because I am an English speaking foreigner. I went twice. The first time, I had friends with me who are native Taiwanese. They were there to translate. But, the girls at the front desk didn't want to interact with me. I didn't make too much of it. I went into the doctor's office and she spoke with my friends. She seemed to communicate with them well enough... Although I didn't really know what was being said. The most recent visit is where it all went terribly. My friends had to work and I had finished the medicine, so I went back for the follow up. When I arrived, the girl at the front desk treated me quite unkindly and with NO professionalism. Finally, another patient told me what she wanted me to do. When it was my turn to talk to her, she laughed and went to find another girl who also didn't speak English. Together they laughed (at me?) and reluctantly helped me. I waited 1 HOUR to see the 老師. The couple before me was in there for more than half an hour laughing and laughing while I was getting stressed because it was a working day and I had plenty of things I could have been doing. Finally, I got into the room. She spoke very little English. She spent maybe 5 minutes with me. I have no idea what is happening with my body or health. She prescribed more medicine and told me to get it without explanation. The girl at the front never smiled or acknowledged me while I waited 20 more minutes for my medicine. To be honest, I just wanted to leave. But, they had my insurance card and I didn't want to deal with the discourteous girls again. So I waited. IN SUMMARY: • The customer service was so lacking. There was no kindness or compassion. There was little professionalism. There were no manners or hospitality displayed whatsoever. • The doctor may be fantastic for those who spend half an hour laughing with her, but she is absolutely not a professional for a non-Chinese speaking person to see (I still have no idea what the diagnosis is or what the medication would help with). I don't normally write reviews, but this experience was so jarring that I wanted to share in case any other foreigners are considering this place or searching for a good experience with Chinese Medicine. I also hope that they can consider this experience and improve their way of treating people who can't speak Chinese but seek their medical help.
