★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買個德鑫建設的房子，家裡竟然5年內4次漏水，還不負責修繕，因為說已過了一年保固。 勸大家不要買德鑫(翔鑫建設)的建案，蓋不好就算了，連補救的基本責任都不承擔，還自詡是蓋豪宅的建商。
社區停車場第二年漏水，一樓公設人造水池漏水，無法使用，頂樓公設也漏水， ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 董事長林文義作為德鑫建設負責人，你知道貴公司蓋的房子讓多少家庭勞心勞力，疲於修繕嗎? 德鑫所蓋的房子品質可受公評。本人於竹北的房屋主衛漏水，客衛也漏水，浴室底板挖開發現整個空洞偷工減料，排水管線也沒接好；冬天到來全室地板磁磚爆裂十幾處；以上都有修繕紀錄可查。喔~對了!修繕全都是我們自己掏腰包喔。感謝林董事長帶領的團隊讓我們學到很多。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 賣房一個嘴臉，買後一個嘴臉，當初房子點交後不到兩個月整個衣廚全部發霉，也是拖很久才來維修，後面說要把衣廚一半下面發霉的部分拆掉補上新的木板而已，這樣是能看嗎？當初裝潢105萬一毛也不能殺，這誰有辦法接受啊
後面在過不久廁所整個發臭，叫了五次水電來看都說廁所沒有問題，到最後第六次才知道原來馬桶根本沒有裝，只是放著而已，裡面的所以配件都在水箱裡沒，馬桶整個可以抬起來
現在是裝飾品是嗎？
更扯的在後頭，洗衣服洗一半外出買東西回來後屋子淹水了，原來洗衣機的排水沒有裝好，整個屋子都是水，還流到外面去了
真的很沒有良心
