以串燒碳烤來說價格偏高。
吃了幾口後，就馬上知道功夫高下。
真的是賣技術跟食材的。
肉串類的都很不錯，豆皮酥脆入味。
嘴饞時可以再來光顧一下。
調味個人偏好再清淡一些會更好，畢竟食材原味才能彰顯技術跟品質。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醬料加上木碳香氣真的好吃，與食材原味互相調和，少給一顆星是因為價格偏高，而且食材烤過後表面經常有黑色焦痕，這個不喜歡，現點需等至少20分鐘但可以電話預約，最推豆干和米腸、雞肉串，這樣的組合CP值最高，尤其是豆干，大概吃過的人都會佩服的五體投地，非油炸居然也能外酥內嫩，調味比鹽酥雞的胡椒粉更優，不點來吃不行。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不常吃因為單價貴，而且每次都要等30分鐘以上。但每次點都超過$800以上（2人份），因為老闆是真正碳烤，不是ㄧ般炸過給烤2分鐘塗個醬就沒了，所以我最推薦豆干、豆皮、米血、甜不辣、百頁豆腐跟諸多肉串。
曾經我點過2次豬里肌肉排跟大魷魚，實說因價格高，反而看到量略少，會有些空虛，味道不錯可嚐鮮。
