第一次來這邊看診,是鼻竇炎。 張醫師親切有活力,很有耐心地聽病人說病情,也很替病人著想,會給些建議跟加開需要的藥。 護理人員們也很親切熱心,聽到我在問鼻竇手術的事還跟我樂於分享她是在哪開的。 雖然身體不舒服,但來了一趟覺得好多了,哈哈。

我11/9號在這邊打完第一劑,然後預約第二劑時就有說我只有禮拜一有休想預約在禮拜一,結果一直說禮拜一掛滿了,其他天在我上班時才在說有人取消才在打電話問要不要來打,(至少也提前半個多月先預約了) 今天休假在跑一趟還是說今天掛滿了,要明天早上 我就看不太懂,那我在預約是在預約怎樣的,老是要人家上班去打,然後不舒服在邊上班這樣? 跟1922一樣話訴十足,問題幫不了多少事

一開始健保快易通約好打第三劑莫德納,後續診所就致電說當天人數只有我一個,不能開瓶。 後續約好時段,今日前往,居然又說無法施打,一開始醫護人員完全沒有要釐清的意思,指指著日期說「今天就說是打高端,不可能是莫德納。」 我再一次指出我確定當時有護士幫我預約,因為我之前已經被取消一次,我特地過來約時間。 人員才有所動作,詢問我是哪位護士,貴診所櫃檯小到無法看清面孔,我不知道要如何告知,他們才願意聯絡其他人員詢問。 確定我就是有預約三月三十日,但後續不知道診所事發生什麼原因,以致我不能施打,表示貴診所有在三月二十六日聯絡我「一次」,但我未接到電話。故就此了之。 試問我前面第一次被取消,我覺得沒關係,我後續詢問是到診所,護士說明能施打的日期我才預約請假,請問我們的時間都不是時間嗎,一開始完全沒有想要釐清狀況,一句「不可能,我們今天是施打高端。」就要病患離開,當下我若不強烈表明,我是否要被誤會,誰會沒事跑去診所打針? 然後說明有電話聯繫一次,要與患者更改時間,聯絡一次不成,也不發簡訊,一次就要人家接電話的概念是什麼,貴診所明明就有紀錄,為何一開始不先釐清,非得要人質疑,詢問是否要調閱查詢,才有所動作要我至其他鄰近診所施打,我真的百思不得其解。 希望貴診所,下次發生狀況不要第一時間質疑病患,而後續發現自己診所流程根本沒有交接清楚。
