目前來此點過三款主要的餐盒,也已回購超過五次, 就個人目前購買及食用後的感想,來分享一下; 以下分享文長,請謹慎參閱。謝謝! 目前購買過的餐盒, 分別是赤燒烤肉飯、手作現炸排骨、香烤大雞腿; 赤燒烤肉飯在烤肉的部分, 香氣和甜鹹交錯的味道,基本上都很美味, 但因為屬於肉片關係,在挑選肉的部位就很重要, 初飽應該屬於連鎖加盟式的店家, 在肉質的進貨選擇上,有沒有因店而異,這無從得知, 但就個人食用的感覺,以南屯店的烤肉肉質部分, 由於均為瘦肉的關係,在咀嚼和咬下的感覺較偏柴, 有可能是較偏一般烤肉常用的里肌部分肉片, 而因為厚度薄,咬下的感覺還不至於難以咬斷, 但因為薄,在火烤時的肉汁也會隨著散去, 以至於食用時肉質就會跟著變老柴的感覺, 若是能針對肉品部位,推出不同款的烤肉盒餐, 像是五花、或是近期烤肉常用的梅花肉, 這類含有油花及瘦肉分佈的肉品, 或許能增加不同的購買選擇性和買氣。 至於量的部分,1.5片合起來約10*15cm的面積大小,的確是蠻少量的, 不過烤肉本身較須時間技術,若在配菜部分有增加量, 95元的價位就還可以接受。 再來是手作現炸排骨; 其實一開始也是抱著試試看的心情點的, 但同樣是95元價位,豬排反而比較超值, 不論是口感還是味道都很不錯, 由於是現炸,在口感上油炸後外表的裹粉很酥香, 肉質也不柴,厚度大概是烤肉片的2-3倍, 豬排的面積更令人驚豔, 因為豬排有切開,每塊約4*12cm大小, 而數量約6-7塊,真的是佛心來的,超大塊!(如圖) 至今共買過四次,前三次都是超大豬排; 但昨日同樣買豬排盒餐,卻有點令人失望, 回到家打開一看,豬排整個縮水,只剩四塊, 而且只有兩塊約4*12cm, 另外兩塊剩4*6cm,厚度也變薄了! 同樣95元,這次就感覺非常不值得, 雖然不曉得店家是否有所謂的秤重比例SOP, 但如果是同樣價格, 理應有相同的肉塊大小和重量才是, 否則只會讓消費者感到有被坑的感覺, 再回購的意願也會跟著降低, 如果有意要長期經營, 對於肉品的質量應該都要有一定的SOP, 才不會導致出現這種前後落差太大的問題。 最後是香烤大雞腿; 烤雞腿是最耗時間和技術的, 所以等待時間會稍久些, 目前只買過兩次, 不過兩次烘烤後的成品似乎不同, 第一次烘烤的外觀稍淡些(如圖), 第二次顏色較深,反而比較像烘烤過的, 在味道部分,由於烤醬相同, 味道跟烤肉一樣甜鹹適中,蠻刷嘴的, 至於雞腿烘烤過後的肉質部分, 大概是烘烤後,肉汁流失了,口感上較沒那麼嫩, 雖然味道不錯,但少了點鮮嫩多汁的感覺, 通常生雞肉開始烤,因為雞腿骨附近較不易熟, 所以在烘烤過程中, 就會形成外面熟了,裡面卻還沒熟, 導致需持續的烘烤,也就很容易造成肉汁流失, 形成外面肉質變乾柴的情況; 像這種肉質較厚的雞腿, 通常不論是烤或油炸,若要保住肉汁, 有些商家會先有前置作業, 像是先煮過熟成後,再做後製的油炸, 或是先蒸過後再去烤, 由於一般生烤雞腿所需的熟成時間較長, 至少都要超過20分以上,店家卻須在15分左右完成, 技術上就比較難兼顧到全部了, 價格120元,以技術和耗時,算是蠻合理的價位, 只不過要購買的人,最好還是先打電話預訂, 才不會等太久。 另外,在湯品部分,目前似乎只有味增湯, 若能開發其他不同選項,或較適合烤肉的湯品, 或許會讓人有更眼睛一亮的感覺。 像是現在許多人因為講求健康, 在湯品部分就會喝些較解膩,又能降血壓血脂, 又具有營養價值的黃金蔬菜湯,也是不錯的。 至於配菜部分,都還可以, 唯獨上一回有道配菜是豬血, 在味道上有點過於腥臭,不太適合當成飯中的配菜。 以上是個人在購買食用後的感想,在此分享給各位, 店家的服務和積極度都很優質, 有正面的回應和積極改善的態度, 在疫情期間開店做生意也是挺不容易的, 給與四顆星評價, 雖然仍有需要改善和進步的空間, 但整體品嚐感覺還是值得推薦的。
