★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務續約的人很忙我知道，但是放著繳費的客人不理，連抬頭問一下「請問繳費嗎？」都沒有。繳費30秒就能解決的事，卻讓繳費的客人等了十分鐘，還是我主動詢問可不可以先處理繳費的客人，她才要我「等一下」，再把手邊事情做完，我又等了5分鐘才幫我處理，臨場反應能力也太差
