★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次在風信子洗頭，完全沒有重視洗頭的客人，之後也絕對不會再去，因為感覺不到想要顧客再回去一樣，因為第一次去，也並未要請妳留下資料，詢問之後洗頭要如何預約，答案是不需要預約，要現場候位，意思就是要現場等待，當天洗頭有詢問，所以如果我一個禮拜需要洗2-3次頭，我要提早20分鐘到現場就好嗎？得到的答案是：不一定耶！還是要看現場的狀況喔⋯⋯其他間美髮店都可以預約洗頭，為什麼就妳們不能事先預約？！因為怕現場等太久，我事先還打電話詢問，洗頭現在需要等嗎？！跟我說可以唷！不用等，到現場又跟我說要等⋯⋯?
因為都未標價清楚，洗頭的費用我已有打電話詢問，電話告知洗頭是300元，現場洗完頭又說收350元，連問都懶得再問了，因為下次也不會再去，真的第一次去風信子的洗頭體驗如此的差，也會勸朋友不要去這家了！
