接待中心很有質感很舒服 業務人員很有耐心 遇到我們這種拿不定主意的客人還是盡力的介紹 還有按讚加好友就送口罩和筆記本 而且是很貼合臉型的魚型口罩喔! 社區規劃大面積植栽和公設都很有質感 真的會好好考慮還會帶家人再過來看~~

一個張專員 進去不到半小時就想走人 整個服務態度很浮躁(不是積極) 一直coaching我們 叫他自己想講的說「我先一次講完不然你們等等又要問會亂掉」 講話浮誇不實在 都沒有了解到客戶需求就是劈裡啪啦地講 就說不買會怎樣怎樣 建案多好多好 沒給我們樓層平面圖 我自己在網路上找 他就說我在滑手機問我是不是在跟別人聊天 然後跟我朋友說「she is not listing」 講話超沒禮貌 把客人的個資都給我們看 合約書上都是一位叫馮*馨的身分證影本 還跟我們說他住文山哪裡地址也給我們看 我說「你這都是客人個資 是不是不應該給客人這樣看」 他居然說「我是好心請你不要這樣誣賴我」 洩漏個資就是洩漏個資呀 怎麼連客人這種個人隱私都不保護 我並沒有要毀謗你們的案件 我也從來沒開口提過售價太高 甚至要你們拿出客人成交資料給我們看 成交資訊是公開的沒錯 但是客人的身分證怎麼能給別人看呢 還能這樣顛倒是非 真是一次不愉快的看屋經驗

富宇是台中推案量多, 房屋品質也蠻被認可的老字號建商 但建議要適當篩選推案人員 當初也是衝著總價不高, 建商知名度又高才去問價錢 如果推案人員無法從客戶在意的點突破心房或遊說 只會一直嗆客戶說 「去北屯買房呀」 「我們這裡離大立光上銀那麼近⋯⋯還有很多工程師買,工程師那麼多錢,不會跟你囉嗦」 「我們這裡都是外國人在買」 工作關係有些地緣關係 也知道事實與推案人員說的有些出入 但買房本來就會有區域未來願景的差異 但身為工程師又在中科工作的我聽到推案人員嗆的這些話真是無言以對 到底受薪階級誰買房會像買麥當勞一樣不囉嗦呀 我是去賞屋還是被羞辱? 還是因為我們沒說出自己職業才會有這種待遇? 總價的確不高 不是買不起 適合首購是真的 只是推案人員的態度真的讓人不敢恭維 但還是相信富宇這個建商品牌的價值喔!
