寵物飼料很齊全很好買,但是店員的態度實在不敢苟同,我們當時在走道上只是詢問一下某個短髮店員,某某廠牌的飼料放在哪裡,就好像我們打斷她工作一樣非常不耐煩,口氣也很差,而且大略講一下相對位置我們實際還是找了很久才找到... 對於這種態度要我們相信貴店,把寵物交過來照顧還真是不敢欸

不確定價格是不是都最便宜 產品多樣 價格可接受 店員態度普通 有時停車不太容易 因為生意不錯 可刷卡 記得自備購物袋 每次去都不會拍照? 所以出賣一下自家老貓的肥美照

2022/4/23購買心靈雞湯飼料,回家時才注意到飼料有效期限只到2022/06/22,雖然購買時店家也未告知效期只剩2個月,但不想造成店家困擾處理退貨,於是約在5月第2個禮拜開封給狗狗吃。 (飼料在開封前後都是處在乾燥環境,即使開封後也會封緊袋口) 但在今日5/22就發現飼料有幾隻白色的蟲在蠕動(疑似蛆),當下很擔心狗狗吃了會不會怎麼樣,立即致電店家反應,接電話是一名男性,我告知有這樣的狀況很擔心狗狗吃了會不會怎麼樣,他反應輕鬆的疑似輕笑回覆,狗狗吃了不會怎麼樣,聽到後我請他再說一次,但當下他聲音很小聲不知說了什麼。 後續店員也沒說要怎麼處理,於是我主動詢問遇到這種狀況會如何處理,他說看是要退貨還是退什麼...(聲音太小聽不清),後來又主動詢問是否需要攜帶發票,他才回說要,我回說那我今天帶過去,後來就被切斷電話了。 (後續會更新處理退貨狀況) 統整幾個問題希望店家重視 1.希望店員有同理心可以了解身為飼主遇到這樣的狀況時,勢必都會擔心家裡寶貝吃了身體會不會拉肚子或是哪邊不舒服,這就像你家人在外用餐吃到一隻蟑螂時,反應給店家卻被回吃了不會怎樣,請問遇到這樣你感受會好嗎? (舊評論有看到也有人反應接電話的男性態度不好,若是同一人,這人的位階是店長嗎?怎麼會持續發生這種事情呢?) 2.快到期的飼料店家是否應主動控管,避免消費者誤買到期限太近的,若買了放置一段時間才吃,狗寶貝誤食了極可能造成身體的不適。 3.在通話中感受到店員處理態度消極,這情況也不是第一次發生(舊評論也是有人反應飼料有蟲但店家處理態度不好),可以理解飼料有蟲也不是店家問題,但後續店家的處理方式應由店家主動告知,而不是由消費者去詢問,若今天不問後續處理方式,難道就當作沒這件事情發生嗎?若沒主動詢問是否攜帶購買時的發票,到現場去了難道要消費者白跑一趟嗎? 另外我推薦可以去bonebone購買飼料與狗狗用品,雖然有幾間門市沒有很大、品項沒有像老地方多,但每次去店員都會主動協助和推薦飼料,重點是店員的態度都很好,沒有發生過讓人不舒服的情況。 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2022/05/24更新(一星更改為二星) 22號晚上攜帶剩餘有蟲的飼料給店家,櫃台人員親切詢問是否要更換其他飼料,表明沒有想更換的飼料,但櫃台人員告知因為發票是4月開的,目前國稅局要結帳加上要兌獎了,發票無法退,(這筆想刷退不想換其他飼料),所以只能等總公司回覆。 05/23晚上六點有來電一通但沒注意到。 05/24晚上九點多,店家來電說明處理方式是開折讓單但要蓋私章並簽名,考量到不想蓋私章(雖然不明白蓋私章用意及是否有必要性,但也許是流程),於是改用換飼料方式。 *順帶一提可能店家有注意到我的留言,原本24號晚間八點多我評論還未收到來電,結果晚間九點多就來電說明處理方式,辛苦了協助處理後續的店員。

Loads of products, great variety, and most of all: the staff are really kind and helpful! A few very nice employees even assisted me in English and helped me set up the VIP membership. They make shopping a lot less stressful :)

What an attitude at the counter!! This is the only pet store with absolutely no service or nice attitude for clients. We never find a smile or a kind attitude from the staff. The lady (we know who) takes forever to check out the products, she really takes her time! And the line is always long and blocked with a shelf with products and clutter all around. This is the only pet store where medicated food is blocked and you can't purchase special diets or medicated food withour a prescription? Are you kidding me? They never helped finding supplements or any items. She makes a horrible face if you ask for any food at the hidden counter. Absolutely no service and very unwelcome attitude.
