陳	陳沛璇 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 過去參加巨匠多次行程,感覺是每況愈下,這次2019.10.30約以12天當地導遊自己改行程導致重要景點不能參觀(態度又差),後來又因為名單不齊全,全團在約旦邊境卡了快3小時,當下跟業務反應,業務說要告知主管,就再也沒下文之後還發生中式餐安排在星期五但星期五安息日不營業,(奇怪這不是早就知道嗎)硬把中式餐挪到星期四,而星期四又已經安排燈光秀所以吃飯剩10分鐘時間,以上問題行程結束的問卷也都有提出,但公司也完全沒有回應,是要叫消費者忍一忍過了就算了的意思嗎?
