★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外觀看起來還不錯，但有潛在危機。當初興建時有去做臨時工，發現地下室的擋土牆怎會加砌一道磚牆？最近遇到一位相關行業的師傅，一問之下才知道居然有專有名詞double walled，可能是灌漿時出問題，致使擋土牆龜裂嚴重，無法以止漏方式處理，才會另外加砌一道磚牆遮掩。檢查方式也很簡單，握拳以手刀有肉位置敲擊牆壁，會傳出「嘭！嘭！」回音，double walled的牆壁才會有回音，正常擋土牆無聲。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在國聚花園寓所住了三年，除了大門電動門當初未考慮到東北季風強度而有時關閉之外，公設維護甚好。建商在公設點交後，仍願意持續幫忙社區維護，實屬不易。
社區入住率達九成多，住戶的素質都不錯，彼此禮尚往來。少數幾位保全物業的現場人員的服務態度和觀念，確實有待提升。
