雖然金額不大，但學到一個經驗，之後若再向該購物平台訂購有關寵物用品前，一定要先詢問客服為哪一家公司所出貨，同時到貨後拍照存證。
為避免似類情形再次發生，誠心建議公司於出貨前能再多次確認產品包裝。
