★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 管委會縱容建商更改建案銷售時的公設宣傳，包含取消KTV為交誼室及私自取消閱覽室用途為會議室，且使用公設點數過高，宴會廳淪為物業管理公司用餐後台，健身房很小，建商只作半套應付，蒸氣室公設故障率高，管委會過度靠攏建商，管理公司很不專業，經常更換物業經理，住戶甚至不知道物業經理是誰！且物業經理每天躲在辦公室內裝忙！反應也沒用，除地點不錯外，很不推的社區！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豪宅，拜訪友人得以一窺內部,還有專門打麻將的娛樂空間，頂樓的視野十分開闊，可以俯瞰南屯及灰濛濛的天空（pm2.5），對面的公有停車場很好停車也不貴（20/hr），附近交通便利離捷運站不遠，生活機能好，離cosco及秀泰不算遠，保全秘書服務親切，附近有雕塑公園及警察局（第4分局），是個鬧中取靜的地方。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這個地段真的很棒，不但有警察局維維持治安，有好市多，秀泰，迪卡儂，豐樂公園還有捷運太方便了!!管委會處理事情也很積極，我覺得搬到這裡搬對了。
