★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 與停車場相連，有不少監視。 此處前方有樹， 會到處觀看夜景的視野。有觀星用參考星座解說圖，用石材雕刻，不易損壞，建設時很用心。白天較無遮蔭處，風大，僅適合春秋時節漫步。大說明版目前已失修，上面已被塗鴉。天氣好適合觀星。有數個石座位可觀駐足欣賞夜空。
