內部沒參觀過，這個建案個人喜歡的部份是後門有個公園，生活機能方便，離市區近卻有郊區的安靜
The 1.5-year-old new building, the appearance and texture planning, quite catch up with the current popular luxury style, taking the atmospheric high-end route
I haven’t visited the interior. My favorite part of this project is that there is a park at the back door with convenient living functions. It is close to the city but quiet in the suburbs.

他們表示,1F吧台前的沙發區,只有“住戶＂才能坐,所以把我們趕到大門口旁的小沙發,質感立馬消失！
The community is very textured, but when I went to see the house last week, it was very impolitely treated and driven by the community manager and administrator!
They said that the sofa area in front of the 1F bar can only be used by "residents", so we drove us to the small sofa next to the gate, and the texture disappeared immediately!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今年11月初，散步經過秋紅谷廣場時，現場有展示第六屆臺中市都市空間設計大獎成果，發現這棟建築物有得大獎。
實地去走走看看這棟南北向的建物，在陽光照耀下，大樓兩側隱約淡淡綠色的厚牆板，與週邊綠景及後面正心公園的樹林，互相融合。大樓四周都有走道，可供路人行走，讓我覺得友善與舒適。
贊同前面有留下評語網友的話：真棒的房子，期許自己要努力奮鬥，買一戶。
In early November of this year, when walking through Qiuhonggu Square, the results of the 6th Taichung Urban Space Design Awards were displayed on the spot and it was found that this building won the award.
Take a walk around the field to see this north-south building. Under the sunlight, the faint green thick wall panels on both sides of the building merge with the surrounding green landscape and the forest of Zhengxin Park behind. There are walkways around the building, which can be walked by passersby, making me feel friendly and comfortable.
