以平價鐵板燒來說,口味很讚〰️ 洋蔥有甜,菜肉都有入味! 但小缺點是一開始沒有冷氣,跟我們是坐在最角落所以鐵板沒有加熱,菜冷得快了點。

幫我們炒的師傅真的不知道臉是在臭幾點的^^ 一進去就問"幾碗白飯嗎?" 讓我以為第一碗是送的 結果原來是要10$ 可能我之前吃的鐵板燒的白飯都是直接送一碗所以才認為這間也是。 第一碗用送的感覺就會差很多! 環境:⭐⭐⭐ 飲料、湯、餐具自助 服務:⭐⭐⭐ 我還以為欠鐵板燒師傅錢呢^^ 餐點: -高麗菜不怎麼好吃,有點粉粉的...... 不知道是不是我的錯覺。 -豆芽菜普通。 -(煎)松板豬160$:份量少,而且有點柴。 我覺得整個吃下來,全部最好吃的竟然是松板豬下面的生洋蔥。 不過放洋蔥時,是直接用手抓洋蔥的,讓我有點擔心手到底乾不乾淨。 一餐讓自己吃得不開心導致覺得花得錢多,CP值不高,總之這間店是如果有選擇的話是不會再選的店。

因為疫情無法店內用餐 不過之前透過外送平台也點過幾次 今天真的很不行⋯ 外送平台顯示40分鐘但讓我等了一個小時 如果東西好吃我覺得等就真的算了 但真的讓我吃幾口 完全就不想吃了! 湯跟飲料還有豆芽菜沒問題. 但白飯今天煮的偏硬.高麗菜沒炒軟像炒一下馬上趕出餐.菜味還很重! 我的主餐⋯份量跟去店內用時縮水很多 如果疫情關係目前都是外送.但品質變這麼不好 不會在光顧了。

1.白飯偏硬(晚上七點這時間是熱門時段.有點講不過去) 2.現炒師傅換了一輪.先前吃過6年.也不會像今天用餐覺得口味變差.鐵板檯面髒亂.感覺很不衛生.另外:現炒小菜盤內都是醬汁炒好的主菜.豆芽菜.高麗菜.沒過濾醬汁就放上來.整個泡在一起 3.高麗菜炒完一輪剩下的菜(已炒好的)過了5-8分鐘.再跟新炒一輪的高麗菜混合(有些很脆.部分很軟)在從新分配給內用與外帶的餐盒內..對於內用的我們看到這種混合上一次剩下的菜與這次現炒的方式.很難接受 4.另一個師傅邊煎炒主菜.還邊收離開客人的餐碗(直接從主餐上跨過.似乎衛生上不太理想) 5.希望業主能在師傅教育訓練.衛生方面多注意改善
